1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Infinity Credit SG Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), or by submitting a loan application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or our services.

2. Eligibility for Loan Application

To be eligible to apply for a loan with Infinity Credit SG, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age and not an undischarged bankrupt.
• Be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a Foreigner with a valid work pass.
• Be currently employed and able to provide valid proof of income (e.g., CPF statements, payslips, or Notice of Assessment).
• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process, including integration via Singpass MyInfo where applicable.

3. Loan Approval and Disbursement

All loan applications are subject to our sole discretion and credit assessment. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Upon approval, a formal loan contract must be signed in person at our registered office before any funds are disbursed, as mandated by the Ministry of Law.

4. Interest Rates and Fees

As a licensed moneylender in Singapore, we operate in strict compliance with the Moneylenders Act. Our fees and charges are capped as follows:

• Interest Rate: A maximum of 4% per month on the principal remaining after deducting any partial payments.
• Late Interest: A maximum of 4% per month on the late repayment amount.
• Admin Fee: An upfront administrative fee not exceeding 10% of the principal loan amount, deducted upon disbursement.
• Late Fee: A late fee not exceeding $60 for each month a repayment is paid late.

Total charges imposed (including interest, late interest, upfront admin fee, and late fees) will not exceed an amount equivalent to the principal loan granted.

5. Repayment and Default

You are obliged to repay the loan principal and all accrued interest in accordance with the repayment schedule outlined in your specific loan contract. Failure to meet these repayment terms will result in a default. In the event of a default, we reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings or engage third-party debt collection agencies to recover the outstanding amounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Infinity Credit SG and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Credit SG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
